Infinity Creators is an AI-powered platform that generates viral short-form video scripts for content creators. Our Service includes:

AI-powered script generation using Google Gemini
Automatic insertion of affiliate links to relevant equipment
Credit-based and subscription-based pricing models
User dashboard for managing credits and viewing generation history

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account through Manus OAuth. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

5. Credits and Subscriptions

5.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

Each script generation consumes a specified number of credits
Credits can be purchased individually or through subscription plans
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated

5.2 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans that include:

Pro Plan: Monthly credits and priority support
Agency Plan: Higher credit allocation for teams

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

5.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6.2 Billing

You authorize us to charge your payment method for:

One-time credit purchases
Recurring subscription fees
Any applicable taxes

6.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Unused credits
Partial subscription periods
Generated scripts you are unsatisfied with

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues that prevent you from using the Service.

7. Use of AI-Generated Content

7.1 Content Generation

Our Service uses Google Gemini AI to generate scripts based on your prompts. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated scripts
We do not guarantee the quality, originality, or suitability of generated content
Generated scripts may require fact-checking before use

7.2 Ownership and License

You retain all rights to the scripts generated through our Service. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the generated content for any lawful purpose.

7.3 Our Rights

We retain the right to:

Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our Service
Display generated scripts as examples (with your permission)
Analyze usage patterns to enhance AI prompts

8. Affiliate Links

Generated scripts may include affiliate links to Amazon products. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

We earn commissions from purchases made through these links
Affiliate links are automatically inserted based on script content
You may remove or replace affiliate links in your generated scripts
We are not responsible for the quality or availability of linked products

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate any intellectual property rights
Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Resell or redistribute generated scripts as a service
Generate content for spam or phishing purposes

10. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Infinity Creators or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Trademarks

"Infinity Creators" and our logo are trademarks of Infinity Creators. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of generated content

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITY CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
Damages arising from AI-generated content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinity Creators, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your use of AI-generated content

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services (Google Gemini, Stripe, Manus OAuth, Amazon Associates). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

16. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.

19. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinity Creators regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
